Nervous System Regulation class

I am offering a nervous system regulation group class. Live. Via zoom. I will teach some basic skills THEN take questions and feedback from participants so that you can discover the tools that work best for YOU.

It will be 2 sessions, a week apart (so you can practice for a week and return to the second class with additional questions you may have.)

Dates are Saturday April 11 at 4 pm est
And Saturday April 18 at 4 pm est.

I am asking $30 (you can also pay more if you are inclined and able). I want anyone who needs this now to be able to join.
